SALSA IN THE CITY - THURSDAYS !

THe CoPA cOCKtAiL - soo refreshing for a night of dancing!

The launch of Whiskey Bar's new Salsa In The City brought out the sexiest, sauciest, and serious salsa dancers in Milwaukee!!  Monika and CJ from Salsa Sangha  hosted the night kicking things off with a lesson at 0830pm - partners not necessary, dancing not even necessary (it's incredible just to watch the pros)!  But I couldn't resist jumping into the lesson, it was so fun and easy - even the greenhorns looked great by the end of the night!  Marc Anthony-inspired syncopated beats set the sensuous tone and got everyone shaking it to the salsa sound!

I love having things to look forward to.  Especially during the colder weather, it's so important to stay positive and it helps even the most mundane days if there’s something fun on the horizon, every week on Thursday escape to the warm sounds & cool drinks of SalsaInTheCity.  See you out on the dance floor #showmetheway

However you spent your Valentines Day this year, I hope it involved lots of love and chocolate!  The Belmont Tavern (Whiskey's sister bar) hosted a fabulous V-Day bash with pianoman Joe Hite rocking the keys and enough sweet, sweet pomegranate truffle garnish chocolate "Sweetheart Martinis" to satisfy every attached and non-attached person in the room!  The ambiance was radiant with laughter and stories from a "gal-entines" party, couples snuggled up in private leather booths whispering softly and experienced couples showing everyone what years of true romance are swaying on the dance floor.  One delicious bite of chocolate and love ... #showmetheway
